Members

The owner grants access by email from the room's Members card. Click Invite, enter the email in the new row, and submit it.

• Existing verified account: access is granted immediately.
• Pending: that email does not have an associated account yet. The grant attaches automatically when the recipient signs up with the verified email.
• Remove: revokes access to future room operations and runs.

There is no invitation acceptance step. A notification email links to the room; delivery status is separate from access. A delayed or failed email does not undo an access grant.

Only the owner manages membership. Members do not receive the roster or other members' identities. Always check the email before granting access.

An owner reviews a member's question before work starts and reviews its report before release. These approvals are explained in Analysis.
