1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms, including the seller representations and the acceptable-use policy.

2. Marketplace conduct

3. Identity verification

Accounts complete identity verification through Stripe (Connect Express KYC) before transacting.

4. Buyer-agent playground

The buyer-agent playground is an invited beta feature. When you upload a document to the playground, its text is sent to third-party AI providers — Anthropic, so a reference AI agent can analyze it (exactly as buyer agents operate in production), and Amazon Web Services (Bedrock), to generate search embeddings so the document can be indexed. By uploading, you represent that you are entitled to use the content and to send it to third-party AI providers for processing, and that it contains no material you are barred from disclosing. A provider may log or retain the transmitted text under its own terms; Amnetic cannot delete content from a provider's logs. See the Privacy Policy for how the playground handles uploaded content.
